Yep, I’m at 56 days. I’d take those averages with a pinch of salt. An agent can reply to a bunch of queries very quickly and the rest very slowly, so it’s a very skewed number. Not all that helpful!

@ LorettaK 13 days is really early. I wouldn't stress. Mine's currently at 59 days.
