I submitted via email and did not receive any automated email receipt -- a few business days later I resubmitted with a note explaining from a separate email account on a web browser and still no auto email receipt. I know others have had this issue as well-- did anyone ever "figure out" what happened or find any way to confirm if your submission went through?

No word. It behooves me to understand why agents put out these updates when they clearly ignore them! A rejection is equally as important as a confirmation to submit. Silence is not an acceptable.
