Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.
Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).
Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.
And NEVER give money to an "agent".

ETA: Oops. Sorry. The link wasn't right.
This one is! http://monibw.blogspot.com/2013/04/the-writers-voice-2013-details.html
And Falen1...Boo. I'm sorry you don't think your wip will be ready! :(
I probably should have put this in my original message: I'm able to bypass the "no-query" rule because, as with RileyRedgate below, she requested an earlier novel through Miss Snark's First Victim contest (and I don't believe she was judging that one, either).
Since she liked my work -- even though she passed on the novel -- she said that I could submit queries of any future projects directly to her.
How did you equery her when they don't take unsolicited queries?
