EQ: 9/21
Nudge with offer of rep with deadline of 9/30 (initial offering agent does not allow for longer): 9/25
Full request: 9/25
Email to set up call: 9/26
9/27- she sent a super nice email saying she needed more time before our call and asking if we could do 9/30 instead. I let her know I had received a second offer in case she wanted to bow out of the chaos. She did step aside with some very kind words and an invitation to reach back out if I'm ever looking for rep in the future. I felt horrible nudging with such a short deadline but Katie was one of the ones who was so kind about it (some agents were pretty rude even though I would have preferred two weeks myself and did say in my nudge that I understood if the timing would not work).
She was high on my list initially because of her sales history but she also just seems like such a good human. Good luck everyone!!

Marking this CNR after 60 days. She requested from me a few years ago but never got back to me on a full. Marked that CNR, too.
