Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).
Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

"Thank you very much for your query. I'm afraid that I am swamped with current commitments at the moment, and so I’m simply not able to consider your project. However, I do appreciate the opportunity to consider your writing, and wish you success in finding the right person to represent your literary interests."
ER 7/31 Yup. Same form.
Dear Vicy Cross,
Thank you very much for your query concerning WITCHING TREE. I'm afraid I'm so swamped with current commitments that I'm unable to give proper consideration to your work, although it sounds interesting. But I do appreciate having had a chance to take a look at this, and wish you the best of luck with this and other projects.
Sincerely,
Sam Stoloff
ER 2/2 "swamped" form.
I understand the need for form query Rs -- no doubt they really are swamped. But the line about "although it sounds interesting" is a completely unnecessary and disingenuous element. Don't try to add anything that sounds personal when everyone knows it's a form.
