About QueryTracker

Let QueryTracker tell you more about this literary agent. Including...

  • Query Response Times
  • Genres of Interest
  • Preferred Manuscript Lengths
  • The Best Time to Query
  • And More
And best of all, it's FREE.

How it works?

Writers provide data about their query experiences with literary agents.

That data is then compiled into reports showing details about each agent's query history, allowing writers to reach the literary agent that is right for their book.

Why is QueryTracker Free?

QueryTracker is free because it is our goal to collect as much data as possible about query letter results.

To do that, we need as many members as possible to submit their data, and the best way to do that is to make it free.

So please, join us in building the web's largest collection of query data.

Agents, please contact us to make any changes to your profile.

Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

Rkritsch: There are definitely two forms. I queried Sara this June and got a "Dear Author" signed by both agents. I queried Kristin earlier this week and got an encouraging one with my name.

Sara has mentioned before that she would go through the emails and kick Kristen's queries to her.

I wanted to check if she used a form rejection, but after reading posts below there may be more than one form?

I received same as starglory14 with my name, which is an encouraging rejection. Also appears to be a Dear Author ER as posted by TiffanieLynn.

I *think* she has an assistant who pulls appropriate queries from the slush, so perhaps this a rejection from those. Either way, these types are rejections aren't as tough to take.
