Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.
Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).
Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.
And NEVER give money to an "agent".

Request for first 10 pages: 5/2/2013, response from Jessica
Like the others, I didn't see the first 10 pages thing on her submission guidelines and I don't know if they request that of everyone but still, pretty cool compared to an outright rejection ha ha.
Edit: Based on this interview from Jessica http://www.wow-womenonwriting.com/54-FE3-JessicaSinsheimer.html I'm guessing it is kind of part of, at least Jessica's, guidelines.
Request for first 10 pages: 4/15
YA magical realism.
It was a response from Jessica, like Ayesha and LisaRosenman below. Didn't see anything about submitting 10 pages on their web site, so I'm happy to count it as a request for partial! ;)
