About QueryTracker

Let QueryTracker tell you more about this literary agent. Including...

  • Query Response Times
  • Genres of Interest
  • Preferred Manuscript Lengths
  • The Best Time to Query
  • And More
And best of all, it's FREE.

How it works?

Writers provide data about their query experiences with literary agents.

That data is then compiled into reports showing details about each agent's query history, allowing writers to reach the literary agent that is right for their book.

Why is QueryTracker Free?

QueryTracker is free because it is our goal to collect as much data as possible about query letter results.

To do that, we need as many members as possible to submit their data, and the best way to do that is to make it free.

So please, join us in building the web's largest collection of query data.

Agents, please contact us to make any changes to your profile.

Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

So it's been 2 weeks and there still doesn't seem to be any information on Stephen Barbara's whereabouts as an agent. Anyone heard anything? Do you guys think it's safe to query someone else at Foundry now, or are you all waiting for some official word on Mr. Barbara being gone?

Yup. I checked twitter too. I did notice that the link between his twitter page and the Foundry site have been removed. Seems like a pretty thorough/definitive parting of ways.Hopefully when he announces what he's up to, there will some information provided about what happens to the submissions. I'm sure there will be. He seems like a very thorough, on-top-of-things guy. So now we wait...man, I hate waiting. ;-)

karenleespree, I've checked Twitter but he hasn't tweeted for a week. I'd expect any news to be announced there, so I guess there's no information out there yet. I hope he or Foundry announces something soon, though, because if he really is gone I want to query someone else at Foundry. *twiddles thumbs*
