About QueryTracker

Let QueryTracker tell you more about this agent. Including...

  • Query Response Times
  • Genres of Interest
  • Preferred Manuscript Lengths
  • The Best Time to Query
  • And More
And best of all, it's FREE.

How it works?

Writers provide data about their query experiences with agents.

That data is then compiled into reports showing details about each agent's query history, allowing writers to reach the agent that is right for their work.

Why is QueryTracker Free?

QueryTracker is free because it is our goal to collect as much data as possible about query letter results.

To do that, we need as many members as possible to submit their data, and the best way to do that is to make it free.

So please, join us in building the web's largest collection of query data.

Agents, please contact us to make any changes to your profile.

Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

Louise just emailed me this morning saying she'd already discussed it with Emily, but that it was a pass regardless. Just as well I'm in the process of shelving this novel. Though I feel a bit gutted regardless. Both are such lovely ladies, after all. But what's done is one. Have apologized and there's not much use in wallowing. =)

A similar thing happened to me kymburlee but on a much smaller scale. Louise requested during Pitch Madness then Emily Keyes requested during #pitmad. Luckily I realized before I sent that they were both at the same agency. I let Emily know about the request and asked if she wanted me to query if Louise passed and she said she'd take a look. So Emily has my query now. We'll see how it goes, but yeah it does happen. Best to double check. (QT is great for keeping track) good luck with your R&R!!

That's too bad, Kymburlee. It would have been great if they were at different agencies. Hopefully the agent with the full offers, and if she doesn't, passes it to Louise.
