@historygirl They just don't want you to submit to more than one agent at a time. If you get a rejection after submitting to an agent, or if you don't hear back after 8 weeks, you can submit to another agent at the same agency. I got a no from one agent at Trellis, submitted to another, and got a request for a full, so you can definitely submit to more than one person at Trellis, just don't submit to more than one at the same time.

"If we are interested in reading further, we will contact you within 6-8 weeks of your submission. Please refrain from submitting to multiple Trellis agents during that time; if you have not heard from us within 8 weeks of your submission, you are welcome to re-submit to another agent. "

Am I reading this right that it's a no from one agent = no from all agency?
