What do the stars mean? (Why did I not notice them before now?) Some have 3, some 4, some 5...

The stars here on the forum are an indication of the number of posts you have made, the more stars, the more posts.  Over on the QT main site, a star next to your name means you are a premium member.

pretty much true JeanneT...but it is done in November and it is a wild ride.  There were three of us on the QT forum that did it last year...what fun!
I've done Nano the last two years.  First year, I got 50K, but it sucked.  Last year, I didn't get 50K, but the book was much better.  Depends on what's going on next November whether I attempt the insanity again.
