You know, self-deprecating humor, while sometimes amusing, is a double edged psychic sword which hints at a serious lack of self-esteem. Let us know when you sell yours. She insisted on creating an unpleasant environment with her constant snide comments. I'm sorry if anyone was upset by these actions, but I will do what I think is necessary to maintain the positive nature that these boards have had since their beginning almost a year ago. I know you were kidding, Diane, but your comment gave me an opportunity to address the issue. And I also tend to be a bit snarky at times so I found it worrying--but it won't change my underlying snarkiness.  On the subject of fashion--I suspect we should avoid all shoe issues. |
