'Next' and 'Previous' buttons missing
«

Is anyone else experiencing missing 'next' or 'previous' buttons at the top of their query list? I used to be able to click on the first agent in my list, then click 'next' to see the next agent profile, and now I have to manually click back to my main query list and click each agent there individually.
It's been going on for a few days now, and I've logged out several times and it's still happening. helppppp meeeee. ;)

This is very strange. I can reproduce the problem from one system but not from another. I'm going to try a system reboot to fix it, but I'll wait until late tonight when there shouldn't be too many people online. Hopefully, everything comes back up again.

On second thought, Mystree, I want to try something else before restarting the system. I made a change to the log out scripts, so please try logging out again. Then log back in and let me know if it is working or not.

I tried it this morning and then again just now and the buttons are still MIA. I can try again just for the heck of it. If anything changes, I'll definitely let you know. Thanks for looking into it, Patrick!

Are you clicking the "log out" link first? It is located in the upper-right corner of the page on the main site.

Yup, I logged out each time. I even closed my browser just in case, then reopened it and logged back in.

What browser are you using? Do you know how to delete your cookies? I believe that what you have is a rotten cookie. Logging out is supposed to delete the cookie, but for some reason that isn't happening.

I logged in like usual this morning and it's back to normal! I have Safari and didn't delete cookies or anything, so whatever you did - it worked! Thanks a million, Patrick
