Okay so I am stuck and having a problem with titles. So I have changed my title about twenty times, no not kidding. So how important is the title is my question? I think have narrowed it down to three. But any advice??

The title is a sales tool, so you want it to be enticing.

Look over your three titles and pick the one with the most dynamic tension or the one that raises the most questions.

Go to Amazon and check the titles to see if there are already 400 books with the same title.

Think about all the books you've ever read, and if a title could fit half of them ("A New Direction" for example, or "Challenges And Choices") then don't pick that one. :-)

Stolen? If it's not nailed down, it's mine.

agree One other line of caution. Don't marry your title. The agent/editor/marketing person all have input and all are prone to slap something else on your tome.

Some days, I am wondering if some agents are not rejecting just because they don't like the title of the novel.

Anway, I think it's YOUR novel, so YOU have to like your title. You wrote the book, you know what represents it best.  Yes Good luck!
