What? Wait, did I get a request??  Now I have to go back and look... Nope. Not me. I'm #29. Just one request so far. But I think that was the first request for #15. Another invasion today from a fabulous new agent. (She gave me an R&R with tons of feedback.) Congrats to all who received requests. You'll find she responds quickly and offers thorough feedback on fulls.

Thanks Jeanne and Telesphorian! Yes, I just sent her the first 50 pages now. She's not listed on QT, but apparently she used to work with Margaret McBride and is now forming her own practice. Great opportunity for a new writer! I also saw she likes thrillers so I'm keeping my fingers crossed she likes what she reads. Good luck to everyone else!

And Tele, thank you so much for the kind words-I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a request, but even if I don't get one I got good feedback from two agents, so the experience was worth it! Best of luck to everyone as the contest goes into the final week! :D

Annie liked my partial and requested the full! Woohoo!!!
I sent it to her this morning. Without being over-optimistic, I'm excited because the first 50 pages contained some of the stumbling points other agents criticized, so either I addressed them properly or they weren't problems with Annie. Now I'm just hoping she'll love the rest of the book! Thanks again Cupid!
