Hi Falen,

it's a contest where you get to submit your query.  Readers of the blog will not critique the query but will simply say "yes I'm hooked" or "no I'm not" with a one sentence explanation.   Some number of queries with the most "yes" responses will be invited to submit pages from the manuscript for critique.   It's not a secret agent thing.  Best for testing out the effectiveness of a query!
