What information do you include?

After you put your name on the e-mail. I dislike adding my phone number and such because I don't want google to filter out my number to the whole universe. Should I leave it out until an agent says they'd like to set up a call, when or if they do?

I know it's silly to be concerned, but I'm a very cautious person.

What are your thoughts?

I'm not sure how it would get out to the whole universe. It's not as if you're posting your query to public sites where it would get disseminated.

I used to put it all. It's better that the agent can contact you any way they want to, isn't it?

Yep. You want to include it. I never once had a problem with receiving unsolicited phone calls because it was included in an email signature.

  I've never had a problem with phone calls from this, either. And I've had my phone number listed in various versions of my email signature for more than 20 years. I think you're safe.
