Hey QT folks,

I recently was offered and accepted agent representation (yay!). This afternoon I received a request for my full manuscript from a literary agent I queried over a month ago (just a standard submission with query and synopsis - that's why I didn't contact her when I got my offer). Just wondering how to word the email notifying her that the manuscript is no longer available. Any tips? I just want to make sure I word my response correctly as to not burn any bridges. Thanks!

Dear AgentName,

Thank you so much for your request--I'm very honored by your interest, but two weeks ago I was offered (and accepted) agent representation by NAME.

Thanks again. I wish you all the best.
