Using formatting tools

Hello Everyone

I have no idea where to post this. I don't know how to change text to a different color when I try this is what I get or how to cross something out, like put a line through it, instead of deleting etc. I'd appreciate the help and it would make things much easier. Thank you.

Hi. The tools are in the buttons over the text box. To strike out, you highlight the area you want to strike out, and then click on the button. The same is true with the other options. It will give you symbols in brackets at the beginning and end of the area that was highlighted. When you publish it, the symbols and bracket will be replaced by the option you had selected. Play around with it. You can go back in and modify if it doesn't look like you want it to.

Thanks for posting this. While on the topic, I'm still new to posting comments and have run into a problem I can't figure out. When I'm commenting on someone's query or pages, I'm having difficulty editing large amounts of text in this window. For example, if I paste their letter using add quote and try to edit, I can't see what I'm highlighting or typing. I try to select a phrase, but as soon as I start to select the text, the cursor moves to another part of the window (higher in the text). Sorry, I'm not explaining it well and I'm sure it's user error, but I'm hoping the collective wisdom can help.

Could you tell me what process you guys use to add comments or edits to a posted query?
