My publisher is an imprint of Charles River Press called Cambridge Press (the EIC went to Harvard) Cambridge is actively seeking new books to expand its line. CRP does distribute to Books a Million and Barnes and Noble stores and libraries.
Just so you know, Charles River Press is owned by the same family who owns Whiskey Creek Press, which is a large e publisher that does print as well
That said...I'm very happy. They took 2 of my books and are waiting for the 3rd in the series. I did have cover issues at first but have since resolved them and love my cover.
I figure a small press is a good way to start!
