Sara Megibow (Nelson Lit) "New Adult" pitch contest - July 10th

Both Sara and Heather Howland (Managing Editor at Entangled Publishing) are judging a New Adult Pitch contest. As I understand it, the NA category is where your main character is between 18-23.
So, I'm in! Yay!

It starts tomorrow July 10th and goes for one day (or until they receive 100 entries). And there is no limit to the number of winners. "There is no pre-set number of winners so they may request ten pages from one person or they could request fulls from all of you."

You need a 35-word pitch. (I may ask you good people to help me polish mine.)

Thanks TB! You are a sweetheart. I didn't actually enter this one, after all. Although it is my category, Sara doesn't represent my genre, and my work isn't 100% polished and ready. So, I decided not to take someone's spot who IS ready.

Everyone should all pop over there and see the entries in the comments section. There's one I'm dying to read...Waiting for April. And, about 4 more I'd request if I were an agent. So many talented people, and fun to read the pitches.
