Bwahahaha!

I'm totally laughing at myself because, being the complete newbie, psycho-nerd that I am, I sent my totally sucky first query attempt to my writers group to look at. I knew it stank, but I was stuck with how to fix it.

But THIS ... this was amazing! Thank you so much for sharing it!

I've read lots of HOW to write a good query, but none really fit with me, nothing rang any bells for me and I just couldn't find the right zip for my own letter.

After reading these two blog entries, I'm feeling, finally, like I GET IT!!

Now I've gotta go rewrite my query ... and tell my friends NOT to read my first attempt, lol!
