Hi Ej.
PayPal will automatically renew your subscription if you subscribed through them and if you have not canceled your subscription with them. But, if something should go wrong and you lose your premium status on QT, no need to fret, all of your data will remain intact. Some of the data associated with a premium account may not be accessible, but it will return along with your premium status.
