That is a great school! Both my niece and nephew graduated from there and are doing very well, thank you very much. My nephew's graduation in 2000 was my first and only trip to Madison. Nice city! (lots of bars).

Nah.  That was me being sure our whiz-kid was fully aware of her local school's program.  But I do think we oughtta' get a specific Off-Topic-Topics-Welcome thread going here...

I did not go to UofWisc.  I've only spent a single night in Wisconsin... on my road to California some 14 summers ago.  Camped in Hayward, which I learned was pretty much the Lumberjacking capital of the world.  And believe it or not, the state colors stuck.  Novel #1 devoted several pages to my MC's stint touring Wisconsin state fairs as a carnival girl!
