Thanks for the encouragement Senshi--it helps a lot!  If you do pick up VMars, make sure to watch the second episode. It's the one that hooks everyone. Actually, I just heard today they're planning the movie right now. Must be a similar thing to Firefly! And yes, Dollhouse will be interesting to watch... I loved Veronica Mars while it was still going!  They're planning a movie? |

Hi justwrite--I'm new around here. Nice to meet you!  Senshi--I watched Dollhouse this morning and I actually like Elisha better than I thought I would. The only thing I really miss is the funny, light-hearted stuff that was in Joss's previous shows. Like you though, I think I'll give it a few more episodes. What did you think? I got a lesson in keeping my chin up yesterday. I was pouting because I hadn't got any good responses from my latest queries, but then yesterday morning I got a partial request on a query I'd sent out the night before. And then, the agent read it last night and e-mailed me to request the full! That's my first full. Anyhow, I guess it just goes to show you never know what's coming and not to give up!  |

OMG that's fantastic news! And you're right about the Dollhouse. I watched Friday's episode and really like it, but there is none of that quirky dialogue like his other shows. I get that he's trying to make the genious kid "that" character, but it's not working for me. |
