 It's open for buisness! Let's see what happens...hehehehe...   Free drinks, food, sarcasm, and consolation 24/7 for the grand opening! Though we'd appreciate a  smiley every once in a while ;) And, unlike the Tavern, we have classy sandwiches! Club on toasted rye, anyone? Audal's snagged an official spot as a minority shareholder and spot at all meetings. Who else wants some?

Looks like you're ready to give the tavern a good run. And your location can't be beat. But I think you're gonna have trouble competing with those spam dishes that the tavern is so famous for.
I'll have a squirrel sandwich, and your best kool-aid to wash it down.

(walks in, turns back around in shock) WHOA! An actual door?? Ah, but the place brings a tear to my eye not really... One of my protegees has branched off, taken the bull (that was mounted on the QT wall) by the horns, and opened herself up one heckuva cafe! I am so very, very proud. Now then, Miss Lane, I just have but one humble request. Understandably, your grand opening and the subsequent days to follow will have you swamped. But given the state of lawlessness over yonder at the tavern, I do hope that from time to time, you will peek inside just to make sure no trouble is-a-brewin'. Because as we all know by now, no guns or roars are as mighty as your'n... And also, I'm sure you're well aware that no one is as capable of the perfect virgin strawberry daquiri as yours truly. I mean c'mon - do you know the mental wherewithal it took to douse Illinois with a batch? OK then... I look forward to a harmonious relationship with the cafe and would like to be the first to submit a for you to frame on a cafe wall. Good show, Deputy! |

Nope, I meant my wish with all sortsa sincerity. I find it's good to encourage young entrepreneurs on their capitalist quests. Plus, I thought it would be a much better forum for the bad poetry, an idea which I see has already gone *SPLAT* Also, the girl's got guns. And I've-a-larn'd many-a-time not to be on the wrong end of that! And finally... since I gave the esteemed cafe queen the idea for a name, it only follows that I fully support her effort. Remember, we hear at Query Tracker want our brethren to succeed. Don't we? Yes, yes. We definitely do! But when it comes time for the first annual Tavern-vs.-Cafe softball game - OH YEAH - GLOVES OFF  - BRING IT! |

But for real, don't ya think the guns are more appropriate in the rough-n-tumble tavern, while the gloves are more cafe-esque?
