Okay, love the new site BUT I do have a couple of complaints:
1 - When I display my query list, my filter suggestions have to be reset every time I bring it up. Can't your last settings "stick"? Last settings should be sticking. The only time they don't is if you log out or close your browser. Are they not sticking for you even when you don't log out or close your browser? Is anyone else having this problem?
2 - I'm querying multiple books, so I'd like to see outstanding queries (or whatever I want for my filters) for all of the books, not just the "Active" book. I'm not sure there is enough room on the screen, but I can see where this would be handy. I'll see what I can do. Also, those nice separators for folders aren't there any more. Have you tried the "Group Folders" option? I really do want to block out those Nonresponders. Forever, if possible. Idiots!
3 - When displaying an agent's stats, it resets to Queries/All Time. Previously, it stuck with what I'd last set (usually Query Response Times/30 Days). I have to reset every time and click the button to display. This should also be sticking. You may have a cookie problem. What operating system and browser are you using?
4 - When I FIRST tried out the new system, the Raw Data display came up in a new screen. I liked that. Now it comes up in the same screen, but doesn't have a return to previous button, so I have to use the unreliable <- button to return. Okay, so I'm right-clicking and displaying in a new tab. Still.... This is going to be a problem, I can see that. Yes, it used to open in a new window, but due to complaints I changed it. I suppose, since it is possible for users to force it to open in a new tab, but not possible to stop it from opening in a new tab for those who don't want it to, I'll probably have to keep it the way it is now. Also, click with the mouse wheel (if you have one) and that will open in a new tab without having to right click and use the menu.
This all sounds bitchy, but I do like the new interface in a lot of ways. The Publishers, too! I'll find some publishers to add that aren't getting a NR on PE&. Zumaya isn't really that evil.
