How to sort my queried agent list?

Hi, Patrick,

As I search for more agents to query, more and more names are starting to look familiar, so I need to check my list of agents already queried before I end up sending to the same agent again.

How do I make the list alphabetize the agents' names or, for that matter, sort the list by an other criteria?

Hi Munley,
If you sent to an agent and recorded it in QT, then there should be an icon next to that agent's name, telling you you already queried. That should keep you from querying the same agent again. Are you not seeing those icons?

To sort your query list, click the column headings. The white text at the top of the list that says "Name", "Agency", "Date". Clicking name will sort by name, agency by agency, and date by the date of the last activity for that query.

Thanks for the sorting instructions. I am seeing the icons, but it was looking through the list of agents' names that was the problem.
