I'm guessing this can't be done, but I thought I'd ask.

I have two different projects set up.  I'm doing a search for agents who rep middle-grade fiction for my newest project (#2), but what I'd really like is for when that list appears to see which of those agents already received queries from me for project #1 (and the status for those queries).

The long way to do this would be to run the query for project #1, click on the agent name, then switch project names, select the agent, change projects back to #1, go back to the search list for project #1.  But it seems like there must be a quicker way.

Thanks!

Sorry, there isn't any way to do that right now, but I am working on it.

Thanks.  I figured it was a bit tricky, but I thought I'd ask.  (I'm a huge fan of querytracker--I recommend it to everyone).

A slight variation on this idea is to have an All under Active Project.  I have more than one project out and about, so I'd like to see everything under query or submission on a single list.

Folders don't seem to be useful anymore.  I used them to divide up Potentials, Queried/Subbed, Rejected, and No Reponse.  You can kind of do that with filters, but you have to select by Status now.  So, how about being able to set default status display?  Everytime I got to my list, I have to reselect and keep changing the Active project.  Doesn't seem like I can get everything together in one list anymore.

I know, I know. Give 'em an inch....

Hi G-Woman,

I just added a project cross reference feature that may help you http://querytracker.net/whats_new.php

My concern about an "All" selection for projects is how to display the results. But I'll think about it.

Default filters is a good idea and I'll check into that as well.

Thanks.
