I am asking because a very highly rated agent has requested a full, and wants me to FedEx$$$ it overnight.  But I can only find one author that she represents on Query Tracker, and very little elsewhere.  Is there some site that links agents to the authors they represent, other than QueryTracker and Agent Query.  The woman is no slouch, don't get me wrong, but I would like to know what other writers she represents...

Many thanks.

Publishers Marketplace is a good source as is the Agent's website.  It is very expensive to overnight FedEx.  Why on earth didn't she request it electronically if it is an emergency?  I've never heard of an agent doing this.  Be wary.  How do you know she's "very highly rated?"  It cost me $50 to next day FedEx my first 50 pages. Is it based on a partial or is it a cold request for a full based on the letter alone?

Oh, and congrats on the request.  Sorry to sound so negative.

At that point, I'd email it and PayPal the agent $15 for paper and toner.  eek

The agent's website should have a list of the authors she represents.  Or,  if she's that desperate to read your manuscript, she should be thrilled to have you call her and ask. AgentQuery.com also might have a list of the agent's clients.
