Just received this from publisher:
Just to let you know ... I'm emailing the contract to XXX momentarily. I'll be in touch again tomorrow with some basic questions and info about the book as I have a March 22 deadline to get some info to XXXXX (US distributor) for their 2010 Book Expo catalog.

Basically it's a ginormous convention for librarians, booksellers, publishers, etc.. They have booths set up and books that are free for the taking.
