Looking for new critique group members

The group I'm in has room for 3 or 4 new members. It is an on-line critique group called "Writer's Pen." We don't care too much about what genre you write, as long as it's not satanic, pornographic, etc. Our group works with both short stories and novels. Personally, I write young adult and suspense and historical, but some of the others write horror and fantasy.
If you are interested in joining with us, please PM me.
Thanks,
Paul

I might be interested. Never been in an online critique group. How does it work?
Thanks,

Hi Chisem,
Thanks for your interest in "Writer's Pen."
We are a gregarious group of currently 6 writers. We write mostly short stories, but some novels as well (me and others). We have a set of rules everyone must agree to. These include: everyone must post at least one short story or novel chapter by the 10th of every month, up to 3 posts, with a word limit of around 6,000 words. And, everyone must critique everyone's posts before the end of the month. We do have some months off such as December and a couple of others when participating is usually difficult.
We are a group of serious writers and tend to be hard on each other, in a friendly way. We feel it's important to point out any weaknesses we see in a manuscript, otherwise how can the writer know what's wrong?
If you think you might be interested, please PM me and I'll give you more details on how to join our group. I think we have room for one more member.
