I read two great novels on vacation a few weeks ago: one by seasoned writer Jennifer Weiner and one by debut novelist Aidan Donnelly Rowley. Weiner's book focused on the friendship of two women and had a fun Thelma and Louise type feel. Rowley's, on the other hand, is an interesting look at what one woman goes through after saying yes and before the wedding. One of the best parts of Rowley's book is the main character's best friend, who is a say-anything (no matter how inappropriate) type and a tad crazy - I loved her!
