I just noticed that even though I've had some requests from my queries and have posted that I've submitted material into the list, but in my stats, those "positive responses" aren't showing up. Just the "negative responses" I recorded.  What am I doing wrong?  Is there a way to go back and edit?

Thanks.

Hi Mia,
I looked at your account and saw three positive responses. They are also marked as partial/fulls sent, so if you are looking for the little happy faces you won't see them. Instead you will see the icons signifying that you sent the material (an envelope with a paperclip). Could it be you were expecting the happy faces?

Thank you for moving this to the right place, and for responding.  No, it's at the top under Query Statistics that it says 1 positive response when I've had 3.  No big deal, I guess.  I just noticed it and wondered if I'd missed a step somewhere.

Mia, I see the problem now. On two of your partials, you logged when you sent the partial, but you did not record when you sent the initial query. So the system is not counting them as positive
responses to queries.

Okay, I see how that could happen once, because that was on a referral and so I didn't have to send a query.  The "query" was verbal from the agent's client, and so I submitted a partial then.

I'm not sure how that happened twice, though.  Huh.

Okay, thank you!  (And as a sidenote, did you notice my note that Levine Greenberg does take online queries?  Right now the site is showing they take no queries at all.)

You can record your verbal query as a "Live Pitch" which will fix that problem.

Thanks for the info on Greenberg. I'll check into it.
