Sorry. I have to say this.
Just
three
?
When I discovered my grammar foopah, you could hear me in the next county. I
invented
swear words I was so mad at myself. I salute your restraint. ;)

That's okay, as long as you don't swear in the salutation.

Thanks, I needed that. Okay... really, that toilet is apparently quite ominous. One shouldn't tempt such things. See ya all in a few days.

LMAO! That made my morning! Between that and Aiala using the Situation and referring to Snooki in a post, I can tell either the world is ending or it's going to be a good day!

So, from now on, in honor of bodwen, I think they should be known as Snooki and ...
wait for it ...
The Salutation.
And on that note, I'm outta here.

Check out the "Publish-o-meter" on the Editorial Anonymous site:
http://editorialanonymous.blogspot.com/2009/07/publishometer-how-to-tell-whether.html
Actually, spend a few days studying posts on that site.
On another note. Congratulations to the querier for getting representation!
And I once got a partial request from Writers House with a crappy query...I think it was because my synopsis rocked. However it was rejected because the book sucked.
Maybe hers was awesome. What I would kill to see are Stephen King's old query letters.

Jumping in late here. Even though the agent turned out to be less than reputable...Perhaps this fellow QTer's query, with all her glaring misspellings and (did I read correctly?) swearing were actually done on purpose - a gimmick to show the voice...If you go and read some of the the gimmicky queries on Query Shark's blog, it is done. It's rare that it actually *works* (from what I understand, most agents hate gimmicky queries) but it sometimes makes the agent go *wow*. And that's ALL it takes!
Okay, just my 2 cents.
