Need query tracker help

I tried to sign up for Query Tracker and here is what happened:  I constantly get a negative reply telling me that my e-mail address (the address I currently use with ease all the time) is assigned to someone else.  How can this be? I did this twice.   So then It has a section to click if I'm having trouble . . so I click it and start all over.  It e-mails me my password and user name to my e-mail address . . . yes, the one I've been listing and talking about.  So again, I go to sign up for query tracker using the exact same password and user name they sent me, and my e-mail address . . . And again I get a negative response telling me that my e-mail address is taken by someone else.  Please help me.

Hi Umgowa,
Sounds like you already have an account on the main QueryTracker site, and instead of logging in you are trying to create another account with the same name and email. So, instead of joining again, try just logging in. Look in the upper-right corner of any page on the main site. You should see a place to log in. If you don't see that, but instead see something like "Welcome Umgowa" then you are already logged in.
