I've had this happen twice lately. Query one agent at an agency but had the submission requested by another agent. Right now I can either open a new agent, re-do the info and delete the old one which messes with QT's stats or just leave it with the old one, which messes with QT's stats and sometimes confuses me.

What would be really great is if there was a button to push or something to say you've been transferred, just to keep the records straight.

Hi Drachen,
Yes, this has come up before and it is definitely something that needs to be added. I hope to get to it in the next batch of major changes.

Thank you.
