Setting Query Reminders - Help

There's a lot to remember when you're querying agents, like following up with queries, closing queries out after a certain amount of time has elapsed, or periodically checking up on an interesting agent who you want to query but haven't yet. QT lets you set reminders for any agent (or publisher) in your query list.

Look for the Bell Icon

You'll find the reminder icon in the right sidebar on the agent's profile page.

Note: You must add the agent to your query list before the reminder icon will appear. (How to add agents to your query list.)

Reminders are unique per project. So, assigning a reminder to a query in one project does NOT assign it for other projects.

Anytime you want to view or change the reminder, just click the bell icon.


When a reminder is set, the bell icon will turn green, otherwise it will be gray.

You'll also find the reminder icon on the right side of the agent search page.

Note: The "Data View Mode" must be set to "General" and the agent added to your query list before the reminder icon will appear on the agent's page.

Pop-Up Window

After clicking the bell icon, the reminder pop-up window will appear.

This is where you set and change a reminder.

Reminder Date

Enable the reminder by checking the box, and select a reminder date. On that date, you'll receive the reminder notification.

Reminder Message

Enter a short message to yourself about the reminder.

Reminder Delivery

When the reminder date arrives, the reminder message will appear on your dashboard.

If you're a premium member, you can also check the box to receive an e-mail reminder when the time comes.

Click the Save button to save your reminder.

On Phones or Small Screens

When on a phone or small screen, the right sidebar on the agent's profile page will be hidden to save room.

To make the sidebar appear, tap the "more" tab.

On Phones or Small Screens

On the agent search page, the search results are compressed when viewing the page from a phone or small screen.

So, you'll find the reminder icon in the bottom section instead of the right side.
