Taking a real chance with this submission. I went through everything they asked for, and they did not demand an agent, but it is on their online form. Got to try.

FYI, this is the response you get when submitting through their online form:

"Dear Author,
Thank you for submitting your novel. Note that it takes 9-12 months to review your submission. Sorry but we get a lot of manuscripts. Please be patient. If you have questions please send them to
e-editors@baen.com.
While you are waiting, we suggest you write your next novel."

FYI: Expect to wait, at the very least, 18 months to hear back from them...and that is for a rejection.

Some have waited almost 3 years....
