Submitted Feb 2021. Rejection from the reader Sarah Revivis-Smith saying she thought my (adult) book was more suited to a children's audience and to resubmit to their children's department. However this department is closed to submissions at the moment.

I emailed them first to see if they represent US authors, which they do. My form letter rejection, with website suggestions on writing included, was signed by Aisha, a "reader." So, I assume they have interns or others who read submissions prior to sending it on to one of the agents.
