Sent an e-query 1/7 and received a request for a full on 1/8. Thanks for all the comments; now I know that he might take a long time to read.

WOW. It seems like a NR to me. Good luck! You can always nudge him too.

Getting close to a year on a partial, so I'll call this a rejection and move on...

Ashley did respond to my query earlier this year. It was a bit nasty too. He did say no. So far I haven't heard anything on my new query to him.

8/25, I sent him my query for Chain Reaction. Two weeks ago, I nudged him--no response as of now. Will requery him sometime in 2012.

Does anyone know whether Ashley responds if the answer is "no"? I submitted to Carolyn months back, and Ashley replied and said to send something along, then... no further contact or response to status queries.

Awesome Steph! I would be trying him again with Venom probably not until mid-summer.

A colleague of mine recommended me to Ashley. I queried him Saturday, and he requested the full mss.

Seems like I'll be in for a long wait, which is something I'm used to by now. Luckily, I've got a couple of creative projects to keep me busy! :)

Thanks Yeswecan. That one hurt. I'm still in the game. It didn't bring me down. I think it's time to retool my queries again next weekend. No new luck so far.

aww thanks Oreo. Tell your sister, good luck for me! I'm still editing my other mss (Cave-in, Double Exposure, Specimen), and reworking Venom a bit. I'm also starting to write new scenes in Web of Deceit and Killer Wipeout this weekend. I won't write anything new until July for Julno ms. I'm trying my best.

Oh I didn't know Ashley was a he. Oops. Maybe that's why I got a R. I put Ms. Grayson and not Mr Grayson. Oh boy. I do hope May's better for me.

Thanks Oreo. Ashley Grayson is a she, though. I'm doing all I can. No problem. It's been a week almost, since I've gotten that "Ouch!" rejection. I hope May is a better month for me.
