You have to begin their submission process before you can find the agent bios. Click from the website to go to their Submittable, make a Submittable account if you don't have one, fill out the first page which is address and phone number (they don't need that info at the query stage; doesn't everyone know that writers barely answer known callers much less unknown ones, but whatever), and continue until you get to the page where they ask you to paste your title, genre/age category, and query letter. Under the query field is a list of agent bios, and you're required to choose one from a dropdown.
You also have to accept their privacy policy or whatever they call it, so they're covering their butts against claims of stolen ideas, etc.

Note: Some weird wording in the rejection letter: "Your query letter has not been, and will not be disclosed to any executive or other employee of Creative Artists Agency or any other person. You should be aware that many ideas are generated by our employees and out clients or other sources."
Almost sounds like they're going to steal my story idea. Or I could just be paranoid.
