This agent should not pop up as interested in Romance. PW website: Mr. McAdams only considers books about music entertainment.

As of 2/12/17, the PW website states that the agency only represents books about music entertainment, real estate, or books by published authors.

On 3/12/16, I requeried Kevin with Venom and nudged him twice. I've closed him out as CNR and will try him with Chain Reaction this summer.

8/31, I queried him. Two weeks ago, I nudged him. It's now closed/no response. Will requery him in 2012 and will try a requery with Duvall next month.

5/4/12: Requerying Kevin for Venom. No response this June.

10/17/12 9/6, I queried Kevin with Chain Reaction. NO response. I'll try Jen again next month for Venom.

I agree. That 'no response' crap is such a cop-out.

equeried May 26th 2010
no response as of today, Aug. 31st, 2010

Closing as a non-responsive agent.

Ya know, I realize they're busy. We ALL are. But I still cannot find it in my heart to appreciate any agent or agency that can't even be bothered to hit a send button on an automated rejection response.

does anyone else find it odd that none of the queries were accepted or that his e-mail address is from yahoo?

Unfortunately, these days Agents/Editors hardly glance at books that have been self-published. If you are working at getting a seperate ms published it may, in fact, be in your better interest to leave your self-publishing endevors out of your query letters.

Check out or for more info on this.

Good Luck!
