Looking at their client list on their website and comparing to the list here, there is a vast difference.
Also, I cannot see them listed with P&E, UK Authors & Agents or Publishers MarketPlace even though the links are on their overview page.

Does anyone have recent first-hand experience (beyond a ER) with this agency?

This is the most bizzare reply I've ever gotten.

This is to acknowledge that we have received your email.

'Rubbing Shoulders' by singer songwriter David Martin is now available through all the usual retailers and websites or by giving us a call. You can also buy a copy from Kindle Books.

'Renegade Hero' by Michael Hingston is available through all the usual retailers and websites. This true story about the extraordinary life of RAF pilot Terry Peet is a must read.
