Chessie, that's interesting. I did query Jane on 6/21 and heard back from her today. It's the same post card rejection as the others: "not right for us." Will try Kelly Harms next month.

Even though Jane Rotrosen does not accept unsolicited queries, this agency is open to submissions. According to their website, several of the agents are currently open to submissions, even though it says here they are not.
