Marcy at Sterling Lord has apparently stated that Niki is no longer there.

As of 2/11/2010 her auto-reply said she was still on leave.

I've just heard that she's no longer with Sterling Lord, which is why she's not listed on the website.

She never has been listed there. She was an assistant to an agent up through 2008, then started taking on clients in 2009. It's been said she had a baby over the 2009 Christmas holiday.

Nikki just had a baby around Christmas time. You might want to take this into consideration if you're querying her.

Turn around rejection of about 3 1/2 weeks:

Thank you for your query regarding (title). It doesn't sound right for me, but I wish you the best of success in placing your project with another agency.

All best wishes,

Still hanging about that full. Anyone have an idea of how long I should wait to send a followup? It seems like other full requests have heard back by now. I'm wondering if my submission is lost in cyberspace.

Hmm...sent query 4/3/9 and still waiting. Me thinks me email is lost! Nope...got the rejection on 4/21/09

Boy is she fast. Query sent April 8th and got a full request on the 13th. It looks like she requests lot's of fulls. Oh well here's hoping. She appears to work for a stellar agency. Query was for a Science Fiction Thriller.

I was hoping for better news here! At least she seems fast with fulls, and doesn't keep you hanging long.
