Referred by George Pelicanos, I submitted to Sloan about a year ago. He gave a fairly detailed rejection. I rewrote the novel, including his comments. I resubmitted today.

Wow, I'm the first one here. 2/14/12, I've sent Sloan Harris a snail mail query. Today I received an email rejection--while there's much to recommend, he's not the right agent. Oh well. I'll try Katharine in March.
