I knew Ivy F. Stone many years ago. She was legit then. Of course, you never give an agent money. She's been around, may be getting ready to leave the business.

Preditors & Editors have this agency under review for possibly charging reading fees. Nothing is confirmed yet, but you should be careful just the same. Then again, you should always be careful and never pay an agent upfront fees for anything.
