Ok- so I know that bridge is more than likely burned (unless she just falls in love with my writing). Knowing this- I decided the professional thing to do would to be send her a quick email apologizing. This is the email I sent. Short and appropriate:

Ms. Finesman,
I owe you an apology. I know that your time, and inbox space, are valuable, so I will make this quick. I queried you a few days ago. Today while "auditing" my sent folder, I realized that I accidentally sent you a query with the wrong agent's name attached. That was unprofessional of me, and truly a mistake. I am an organized person, but still manage to make mistakes from time to time.
Warm Regards,
Em -------------

I considered it- but i am scared it will make it worse. But i guess at this point, what do i have to lose? I just don't want to "clog" up her inbox.

Are you considering sending an email apologizing for using the wrong name? If I were on the receiving end I'd appreciate that, but it's a tough one.
