Liat is no longer listed as an agent on the website.

I think Liat might not be an agent anymore. Her LinkedIn profile says she has worked as an Administrative Assistant at HJ Development from July 2012 – Present, and that she worked at Serendipity from October 2011-July 2011. But that info should probably be verified with Serendipity.

Hi SatyricalRaven ,
Fantasy and Sci-Fi are part of Speculative Fiction, which she does mention.

It says on here that Liat is interested in Fantasy & SiFi but the website has the following:-

What She's Looking For:
Liat is actively seeking to represent a broad range of projects and is open to emerging authors. Her sweet spot genres include narrative non-fiction (especially ‘big idea’ books), YA, historical fiction, pop culture, humor, sports-related, and speculative fiction. While Liat is very open to a variety of genres, she is currently not interested in romance, Christian fiction, and thrillers.

While many genres are mentioned, there is no mention of fantasy or SiFi
